We do not share any PII data with our services providers at any time.

Right to Transfer

In connection with a prospective or actual investment, reorganization, sale, or financing transaction, while unlikely, we may need to disclose personal information in order for the transaction party to conduct appropriate and legally permitted due diligence. If such a transaction occurs, the information we possess may be transferred as part of that transaction and we may retain a copy of the information post sale or transfer.
